Each 1/1 Italodreamer NFT grants the owner full commercial rights to use the image for physical prints, merchandise, and other media. However, minting or reselling the image as a new NFT is strictly prohibited.

ItaloDreamer is a collection of digital artworks (NFTs) on the Ethereum network, celebrating the beauty of women and the timeless elegance of Italian fashion and lifestyle. This website serves as an interface for participants to view and exchange these digital collectibles. Users are solely responsible for the safety and management of their Ethereum wallets and must validate all transactions and contracts generated by this site before approval. As the ItaloDreamer smart contract operates on the Ethereum network, no transactions can be undone, reversed, or restored.

This website and its connected services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty. By using this website, you accept sole responsibility for all transactions involving ItaloDreamer digital collectibles.

OWNERSHIP

i. You Own the NFT.
When you purchase an ItaloDreamer NFT, you fully own the associated digital artwork (“the Art”). Ownership is mediated solely through the smart contract and the Ethereum network. ItaloDreamer cannot seize, freeze, or modify the ownership of any NFT once purchased.

LICENSE & USAGE RIGHTS

ii. Personal Use.
Subject to continued compliance with these Terms, ItaloDreamer grants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art solely for the following purposes:

1. Personal, non-commercial use.
2. As part of a marketplace that allows for the purchase and sale of your ItaloDreamer NFT, provided the marketplace cryptographically verifies ownership to ensure only the rightful owner can display the Art.
3. As part of a third-party website or application that allows display or participation of ItaloDreamer NFTs, provided ownership is verified and the Art is no longer displayed once the owner leaves the site or app.

iii. Commercial Use.
Subject to continued compliance with these Terms, ItaloDreamer grants you a worldwide license to use the Art for commercial purposes. This includes creating derivative works or products (e.g., prints or merchandise) for sale. However:

• You may not mint or resell the Art as a new NFT.
  
  

For clarity, the following actions are permitted:

• Operating or participating in marketplaces that allow the use and sale of ItaloDreamer NFTs, provided ownership is verified.
• Displaying the Art in third-party applications or websites under the same verification conditions.
  
  MINTING RULES & PUBLIC SALE
  
  

Each wallet may mint up to 20 Italodreamer NFTs per transaction during the public sale. The mint price is fixed at 0.09 ETH per NFT (Dream), ensuring fairness for all participants. First come, first served—once they’re gone, they’re gone forever!



TOTAL SUPPLY

The total supply of Italodreamer Main Drop NFTs is capped 9999 +9 (10,008 in total) Dreams. Of these, 9 Dreams will be reserved by the Italodreamer for future use.



PRE-SALE

Whitelisted wallets will have early 24 h access to mint during the pre-sale phase of the MAIN DROP. Each whitelisted wallet may mint up to 2 Dreams at the same fixed price of 0.09 ETH per Dream.



GAS FEES

To ensure transparency, please note that each minting transaction will require gas fees. Plan accordingly if you intend to mint multiple NFTs across several transactions.
