These Terms govern your use of the ItaloDreamer website and the purchase of ItaloDreamer NFTs. By participating, you agree to the following:

1. Ownership

• When you purchase an ItaloDreamer NFT, you own the associated digital artwork (“the Art”) fully on the Ethereum blockchain.
• Ownership is mediated solely by the smart contract and the Ethereum network.
• ItaloDreamer cannot seize, freeze, or alter ownership of your NFT once it is purchased.

2. License & Usage Rights

• Personal Use: You may display, copy, and use your NFT artwork for personal and non-commercial purposes.
• Commercial Use: You are granted the right to create derivative works or physical products (prints, merchandise, etc.) featuring the Art.
• Restriction: You may not mint, tokenize, or resell the Art as a new NFT or in any blockchain-based collection.

3. Dutch Auction & Public Sale

• Each main drop of ItaloDreamer NFTs will be released using a Dutch auction model:
• The auction begins at a higher starting price and decreases at set intervals until reaching the final resting price.
• Collectors may mint at any point before sell-out.
• Once the final resting price is reached, minting continues at this fixed price until supply is exhausted.
• Minting Limits: To ensure fairness, each wallet may mint:
• Unlimited NFTs during the descending price phase.
• Up to 5 NFTs per wallet at the final resting price phase.

4. Pre-Sale / Whitelist Access

• Whitelisted wallets receive 24-hour early access before the public sale.
• Each whitelisted wallet may mint up to 2 NFTs during the pre-sale at the fixed resting price.

5. Total Supply

• The complete ItaloDreamer collection consists of 3366 NFTs (“Dreams”).
• Of these:
• 3333 Dreams are released publicly across 10 drops (Decameron model).
• 33 Dreams are reserved by the creator for future gifts, perks, and collaborations.

6. Gas Fees & Transactions

• All transactions require Ethereum network gas fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
• All sales are final. As NFTs are executed on the Ethereum blockchain, no refunds, reversals, or cancellations are possible.

7. Website Disclaimer

• This website and connected services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• Users are solely responsible for:
• The safety of their Ethereum wallets.
• Verifying transactions before approval.
• Managing their private keys and seed phrases.

8. Future Utility

• Ownership of an ItaloDreamer NFT may grant access to future experiences, collaborations, or digital/physical perks, but such utility is not guaranteed and may evolve over time.
• ItaloDreamer reserves the right to adapt the roadmap and community features in response to collector demand and market conditions.
